The DCP is a 5-acre city-owned park that is operated by a local non-profit organization, which manages its day-to-day operations and aims to develop and sustain this unique urban oasis by providing the citizens of Durham with an exciting downtown destination that offers a venue for cultural activities and is part of a 24-hour, authentic, walkable neighborhood for arts, recreation, and locally-owned businesses.
