The eagerly anticipated CO Asian fusion restaurant which announced that it was coming to The Triangle in early 2017, will be finally opening in a couple of weeks at the new AC Hotel in Raleigh’s bustling North Hills area! Starting sometime in March, guests will be able to enjoy a modern take on traditional Southeast Asian & Vietnamese cuisine. The menu will feature lunch & dinner options such as pho, banh mi, sushi, broth noodles, dumplings, shareable small plates, wok noodles & rice dishes, and more. Gluten-free & vegan options will be available, as well as happy hour specials.
At CO in North Hills, you will find uniquely inspired dishes with fresh, robust flavors and handcrafted cocktails in a contemporary fun atmosphere. An extensive drink menu will feature sake & infusions, red & white wines, draft & bottled beers, coffee & tea, and more. The restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the AC Hotel by Marriott in a prime location of the “Park District” in North Hills, right across from the newly constructed Bank of America Tower, next to a handful of other well-established restaurants such as The Capital Grille, The Yard House, and Kings.
CO currently operates primarily in the Southeast with restaurants in North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina. Its 6 existing locations are in “foodie cities” and fast-growing urban metro’s: Charlotte, Atlanta, Savannah, Myrtle Beach and Charleston. The restaurant features online ordering of the entire menu for pick-up for those always-on-the-go. Also, CO offers a loyalty/rewards program, for every $100 spent you receive $10 off automatically.
In Vietnamese, “CO” is the word for feast. CO will offer a contemporary Asian cuisine destination, serving banh mi, pho, ramen, dumplings, as well as signature cocktails. Their fresh and modern space will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and drinks. Sunday ‐ Thursday: 11am ‐ 10pm & Friday ‐ Saturday: 11am ‐ 11pm.
