5401 North is presently in development in Northeast Raleigh and is one of the biggest projects happening in all of The Triangle this past decade. It is a massive 400 acre master-planned mixed-use community that will feature over 2,000 new homes of many styles, and millions of sq ft in available commercial/office space.

Picture a community for all ages. Imagine a place where it’s easy to get to and from work, a town where you celebrate life with family and friends, share in the community farm, and send your kids to school right down the street. 5401 North is a special place that aims to combine the very best of traditional neighborhood living with all of the life’s modern amenities. It’s going to be not just a place to live, but a place to live better.
